A retro website design for Sing The War

Sing The War is the website of a South West Andrews Sisters tribute group. They do shows in Bristol and surrounding areas.

They wanted a retro design for their website to keep the image and theme of war time, so I went for a mono-spaced font to look like type-written text, and used an aged paper background. But they also wanted it to have a feminine touch to make sure it wasn't too serious, so we went in search of different patterns from things such as wallpapers which could have been around in the 40s or 50s and set it into the background (After adding a touch of pink!).
